(Patria) - The BiH Court has scheduled a hearing for Wednesday morning to consider the motion filed by the Prosecutor's Office of BiH for the detention of Army of RBiH General Atif Dudaković, who is on trial before the BiH Court. Although the continuation of the trial was scheduled for May 8, the hearing has been scheduled for tomorrow due to the motion filed by the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.
The Prosecutor's Office believes that Dudaković violated the prohibition measures because he made one appearance during a gathering of patriots during Ramadan and gave a speech that was published in the public.
Dudaković and 16 other members of the Fifth Corps are on trial for alleged crimes committed in the Krajina region.
According to the indictment, Dudaković and others are charged with crimes against humanity committed in the municipalities of Bosanski Petrovac, Ključ, Bosanska Krupa, Sanski Most, and war crimes against the civilian population in the municipalities of Bihać and Cazin.
