
(Patria) - The Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has filed an indictment against Robert Kolobarić, born in 1972 in Široki Brijeg, previously convicted, a citizen of BiH and the Republic of Croatia.
According to the indictment, the accused Kolobarić is charged with, for the purpose of acquiring unlawful property gain, engaging in unauthorized trafficking of excise goods, i.e., with the intention of selling, using a tobacco cutting machine, illegally producing a larger quantity of tobacco that was not marked with control and tax stamps in the manner prescribed by the tax legislation of BiH.
During the search of the family house, auxiliary buildings, and a car in Široki Brijeg, conducted by authorized officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of West Herzegovina Canton, a total of 2839 kg of cut tobacco and leaf tobacco, as well as an electric tobacco cutting machine and digital scales, were found and seized.
The accused is charged with committing the criminal offense of unauthorized trafficking of excise goods from Article 210a, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The indictment has been forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation, which has confirmed it.
