Prosecutor's Office of BiH files indictment against Janjičić Goran

The Prosecutor of Department III of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has filed an indictment against Janjičić Goran, born on 06/19/1984 in Bijeljina, where he resides, a citizen of BiH, reports the Patria News Agency.

- The accused is charged with illegally transporting 24.91 grams of the narcotic drug heroin on 05/01/2015, at the international border crossing 'Rača', upon entering Bosnia and Herzegovina from the Republic of Serbia. According to the indictment, the accused hid the narcotic drug heroin in the armrest of the rear seat of the car he was driving, and the mentioned drug was found and seized during a search conducted by the Border Police Station Bijeljina - it was announced from the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

The accused is charged with committing the criminal offense of unauthorized trafficking of narcotic drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
