Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed indictments against Šagolj, Dodig, Kelmendi, Ahmić for drugs and weapons

(Patria) - The Prosecutor's Office of BiH has filed an indictment against Zdravko Šagolj, born in 1956 in Konjic, and Nedjeljko Dodig, born in 1977 in Čitluk, due to reasonable suspicion that: Zdravko Šagolj committed the criminal offenses of Unauthorized Trade in Weapons, Military Equipment and Dual-Use Products under Article 193 of the Criminal Code of BiH, Unauthorized Trade in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 of the Criminal Code of BiH, and Unauthorized Possession of Weapons and Explosive Substances under Article 371 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of BiH, and Nedjeljko Dodig committed the criminal offenses of Unauthorized Trade in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 of the Criminal Code of BiH and Possession and Enabling the Use of Narcotic Drugs under Article 239 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of BiH.

The Prosecutor's Office of BiH has also filed an indictment against Ellvis Kelmendi, born in 1978 in Prizren, a citizen of BiH, and Ajlin Ahmić, born in 1984 in Dubrovnik, a citizen of BiH and the Republic of Croatia, due to reasonable suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of Unauthorized Trade in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 of the Criminal Code of BiH, and the accused Kelmendi also committed the criminal offenses of Causing General Danger under Article 323 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of BiH, Damage to Another's Property under Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of BiH, and Unauthorized Procurement, Possession or Sale of Weapons or Essential Parts for Weapons under Article 65 of the Law on Weapons and Ammunition in the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton.
