Prosecutor's Office of BiH launched an investigation: Galić suspended his advisor Hoffmann with a "heavy heart"

It took the Director of the Border Police of BiH, Zoran Galić, a month to make the decision to suspend his advisor Svevlad Hoffmann with a "heavy heart", even though he knew that the Prosecutor's Office of BiH had opened an investigation against him for the criminal offense of abuse of official position and authority, writes the BiH news agency Patria.

As Patria published yesterday, a month ago the Border Police submitted a Report to the Prosecutor's Office of BiH on a committed criminal offense against the entire Disciplinary Commission of the Border Police (Svevlad Hoffmann, president, members Fahrudin Ibrić and Nevenka Pejičić) for abuse of official position.

The report, it is worth recalling, was submitted due to grounds for suspicion of committing the criminal offense of association, in connection with the criminal offense of abuse of official position.

The Director of the Border Police, Zoran Galić, as Patria unofficially learns, deliberately omitted to inform the public about this case, but when the text was published and the truth came to light, he was forced to take this step.

The report states that Hoffmann, otherwise Galić's advisor, abused his official position for financial gain by splitting one case of the Disciplinary Commission into multiple cases during the proceedings, so that instead of 50 KM for one case, he charged as many times more as the number of cases he split the original case into.

For example, if there are three persons in one case, Hoffmann splits that case into three cases and instead of 50 KM charges three times more, i.e., 150 KM.
