(Patria) - The Prosecutor's Office of BiH has commented after the first-instance verdict in the Respirators case.
"Regarding the first-instance verdict in the case of Novalić Fadil and others (Respirators case), the Prosecutor's Office of BiH is satisfied with the conviction part of the verdict.
We are not satisfied with the acquittal part, and after receiving the written judgment, we will decide on filing an appeal against the acquittal part of the verdict, as well as possibly against the severity of the imposed sanctions," the Prosecutor's Office of BiH announced.
