Prosecutor's Office of BiH will not investigate Džaferović

The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina today issued an order not to conduct an investigation against Šefik Džaferović, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, for alleged war crimes, the Patria News Agency was confirmed at the BiH Prosecutor's Office.

- An investigation will not be conducted based on Mirsad Kebo's report - said Boris Grubešić, spokesperson for the BiH Prosecutor's Office.

We remind that Mirsad Kebo, former Vice President of the Federation of BiH, insisted on the investigation, submitting documents to the BiH Prosecutor's Office which allegedly prove that Džaferović committed war crimes in Vozuća, near Zavidovići.

The Prosecutor's Office made the same decision for Sakib Mahmuljin, against whom Kebo also submitted extensive documentation. It is known from before that Džaferović announced he would sue Kebo if the Prosecutor's Office did not find any evidence for his claims.
