Prosecutor's Office of BiH continues the trend of indictments equating defenders and aggressors!

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Not so long ago, the Association of Mothers of Srebrenica openly told Atif Dudaković and 15 other members of the 5th Corps of the Army of RBiH at a hearing that they would not support the work of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH. The trend in which the prosecutors of this Office work has not changed much since then. If one looks at the number of indicted Bosniaks and Croats recently and the content of the indictments, it can be freely concluded that the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has made a strategy to prosecute victims, i.e., Bosniaks.

Proof of this is the fact that the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has indicted nine former members of the Army of RBiH (ABiH) and the Croatian Defence Council (HVO) for war crimes against prisoners of war in the Brčko area in 1993. Admir Osmanović, Smajil Omerović, Jasmin Huskanović, Kemal Hindić, Martin Frančešević, Ramiz Pljakić, Ivo Anđelović, and Hazim and Bahrija Fazlović are accused of torture, abuse, and murder of 11 captured members of the Army of the Republika Srpska (VRS) near the place called Boderište (Brčko).

“We, the victims, support that everyone who committed a crime is held accountable, but then several thousand indictments should be filed against members of the Army of Republika Srpska because they had thousands of various 'commanders' and killed over 100,000 Bosniaks, and the number of those held accountable is so small that it cannot even be expressed in percentages,” Munira Subašić recently said.

She added that “all victims must have equal respect, and certainly not be approached in a way that some victims are more valuable than others.” She also emphasized that the Mothers of Srebrenica are asking who is playing the main role in the game of releasing perpetrators of genocide and punishing victims and defenders. She stated that the "Mothers of Srebrenica" will ask victims and families not to testify in court, which insults victims with its verdicts.
Thus, it happens that for 15,000 murdered Bosniaks in Sarajevo, two Serb army commanders are held responsible, while for one victim of Serb nationality, at least two Bosniaks and more are held responsible.

Speaking about war criminals who have not been prosecuted, Subašić mentioned 22 generals and colonels.

Members of the Crisis Staff of the Municipality of Bratunac: Simić Ljubisav, Djukanović Rodoljub, Nikolić Jovan, Milanović Mile, Jokić Miladin, Mladjenović Najdan, Vasiljević Dragan, Bogdanović Luka, Ilić Dragan, Nikolić Momir and others, together with murderers: Bato Kocan, Radomir Milanović - known as mali Rašo, Milenko Prodanović known as Mungos, Zoran Milosavljević known as Kokara and others.

Only one from the list, Milomir Savčić, has been indicted. The accused is charged with a crime committed during a widespread and systematic attack by the VRS and police in 1995 on the population of the UN Protected Area of Srebrenica, in his capacity as commander of the 65th Protection Motorized Regiment (ZMPT) of the Main Staff of the VRS, which included a military police battalion, that from July 11 to 15, 1995, in the area of Nova Kasaba, he knowingly provided assistance to other members of the joint criminal enterprise, General Ratko Mladić, commander of the Main Staff of the VRS, Colonel Ljubiša Beara, head of security of the Main Staff of the VRS, as well as other commanders of the Drina Corps and Zvornik Brigade of the VRS, and police units, to first capture and summarily execute and bury military-age Bosniak men from the Srebrenica enclave, thereby destroying them as an ethnic group in a specific area.

The President of the Veterans' Organization of Republika Srpska, Milomir Savčić, has caused immeasurable harm to BiH through his actions within the organization, and he has assisted political forces that wish to divide this country. He even spoke about issues of military neutrality of RS, as well as other issues of national interest, stating that they are not and must not be issues of daily politics.

Savčić said that BORS demands literal respect for the Resolution of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska on military neutrality and that citizens should decide on integrations and eventual membership in a referendum.
