BiH Prosecutor's Office Hides Where Prosecutor Dragica Glušac Is!

Is the information that state prosecutor Dragica Glušac, after all nine suspects in the "Gibraltar" case were released, suddenly went on sick leave a secret that must not be revealed to the public!?

Judging by the answer that the BiH news agency Patria received after 20 days of waiting to the question of whether prosecutor Glušac returned to work after sick leave, it clearly is.

Spokesperson for the BiH Prosecutor's Office, Boris Grubešić, wrote in an email that arrived at our address today: "The Prosecutor's Office cannot comment on the mentioned inquiry!?"

Patria has already published a text, for reminder, that Glušac, after receiving a large sum of money from two actors of this marketing affair worth over 5 million KM, went on sick leave overnight and disappeared "somewhere in the crowd".

More than a month has passed since she, after nine people were arrested, said she had solid evidence in her hands and that the case was irrefutable, and in the meantime, nothing has happened.

Hence the justified suspicion that the political patrons of the marketing gurus arrested in the spectacular SIPA operation had significant influence, along with the cash received, for prosecutor Glušac, otherwise known as the lawyer of the Foča monster Radovan Stanković and a municipal judge who conditionally convicted a rapist, to go on fabricated sick leave, and for the case to be covered up in this way.

This was also shown at the hearing for determining pre-trial detention at the proposal of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, when she apparently intentionally submitted evidence in Slovenian and English so that everything would fall apart, and thus Judge Minka Kreho would be forced to release the suspects.

The "Gibraltar" affair, worth over five million marks, could, as things stand now, be completely covered up, adding another reference to Glušac's "illustrious biography".

In addition to the fact that the BiH Prosecutor's Office, led by Goran Salihović, has once again "embarrassed itself" in a major case, another stain remains on this most important state judicial institution.

Isn't it enabled by the Law on Free Access to Information for journalists, and thus the public, to know whether prosecutor Dragica Glušac, who receives a regular salary from the state budget, is on sick leave?

Chief Prosecutor Salihović has so far forbidden employees of the BiH Prosecutor's Office from doing anything, from accessing certain web portals to turning off surveillance video cameras.

Why is everything in this judicial institution, for which even the chief Hague prosecutor Serg Brammertz has already prepared a negative report (inaction on war crimes cases) for the UN Security Council, shrouded in mystery, even the sick leave of one of the prosecutors? A thousand whys and a thousand for, while crime and corruption flourish everywhere, and war criminals walk free.
