Prosecutor's Office of BiH forms case regarding non-enforcement of Constitutional Court of BiH decisions

The Prosecutor's Office of BiH has formed a case in which, for about 20 days, certain activities have been carried out regarding the non-enforcement of the Constitutional Court of BiH decision. Certain documentation is being collected, and certain individuals will be summoned to the Prosecutor's Office, reports Patria News Agency.

The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, Goran Salihović, issued a binding instruction in which he appointed a team working on the mentioned case. This instruction designates the case as a priority, and the prosecutor in charge will be provided with all necessary prosecutorial resources for efficient work on the case.

The Prosecutor's Office of BiH will act in accordance with the law in the coming period.
