Prosecutor's Office of BiH formed a case that also includes Radovan Višković

(Patria) - The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Special Department for War Crimes had already formed a case relating to several persons, including Radovan Višković, the current Prime Minister of Republika Srpska.

The information was confirmed to N1 by this institution.

"In the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the Special Department for War Crimes, a case relating to several persons has been ongoing for some time, including, among others, the person you mention in your inquiry. We cannot provide more information or details," it was stated.

The Prosecutor's Office of BiH in the Special Department for War Crimes has over 4,100 reported persons from all parts of BiH, who are treated in the same manner, it was stated.

We recall that a statement was previously published by protected witness M-16, who directly links Radovan Višković to the genocide sites in Srebrenica, as well as to the later concealment and relocation and active encouragement in the concealment of mass graves.

The Srebrenica Memorial Center called on the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to launch an investigation into the criminal responsibility of the Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, Radovan Višković, guided by the statements of protected witness M-16, who stated at the Court of BiH in 2017 during the trial in the case "Josipović and others" that "Radovan Višković offered him money to relocate mass graves."

Member of the Presidency Željko Komšić also joined the call of the Memorial Center to launch an investigation into Višković.
