Turkish Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina Cihad Erginay visited today the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH, the DKPT announced, Patria reports.
Ambassador Erginay informed the Agency Director Mirsad Vilić about the events that took place in Turkey in July this year, and about the activities carried out by the Turkish Embassy in BiH.
The Ambassador thanked for the support and cooperation provided by members of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH immediately after learning about the attempted military coup in Turkey.
Director Vilić emphasized that the cooperation so far between the Directorate and the Turkish Embassy, especially in the areas of VIP security during their stay in BiH, physical and technical protection of diplomatic and consular missions, as well as the exchange of information through international operational police cooperation, is at a high professional level.
The interlocutors stated that the Directorate and the Turkish Embassy in BiH will continue cooperation in the future, Patria reports.
