
(Patria) - Turkey has halted all exports and imports to and from Israel as of today, two Turkish officials familiar with the situation confirmed, Bloomberg reported.
Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz attacked Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan for "blocking ports for Israeli imports and exports."
"This is how a dictator behaves, disregarding the interests of the Turkish people and businessmen, and ignoring international trade agreements," Katz wrote on platform X.

He added that Israel is now seeking "alternatives" for its trade and will also rely on local production and imports from other countries.
