(Patria) - Turkey has issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and 36 other suspects for their role in genocide in the Palestinian enclave of Gaza.
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced yesterday that it had issued arrest warrants for 37 suspects, including Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel Katz, Eyal Zamir, and David Saar Salama, on charges of genocide in Gaza.
Last November, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and his former defense minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
Israel is also facing a genocide lawsuit at the International Court of Justice over the war in the enclave.
