(Patria) - Bisera Turković, Minister of Foreign Affairs of BiH, is staying in Washington, and had a very important meeting with Senator Chuck Grassley from Iowa.
The Senator, who has been in the American legislative branch for decades and supported the lifting of the arms embargo on BiH along with the late Bob Dole during the aggression, was informed about the situation in BiH and announced that he will join the Bosnian caucus in Congress.
"We discussed the latest developments, and I was informed that, after the meeting, Senator Grassley also sent a letter to US Secretary of State Antony Blinken. I am grateful to the Senator for his engagement and dedication to the interests of BiH citizens, peace, and stability of the entire region and Europe," Turković stated on social media.
