Turković: Council of Ministers Collegium agreed that the BiH budget should be prepared by April 25

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Collegium of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, consisting of Chairman Zoran Tegeltija (SNSD) and Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Finance and Treasury Bisera Turković (SDA) and Vjekoslav Bevanda (HDZ) reached an agreement that the state budget should be prepared by April 25.

This was confirmed by Minister Turković, emphasizing that this is positive and if it happens, the issue of financing the upcoming elections in BiH will also be resolved.

She also touched upon the issue of adopting the unconstitutional Law on State Property of Republika Srpska, emphasizing that it cannot stand as such.

"The High Representative Christian Schmidt has given his opinion on its illegality and left room for it to be withdrawn, and if that does not happen, the law will be annulled," said Turković.

She says that yesterday's session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, where this law was not discussed, but certain decisions of the Presidency of BiH were, indicated that there is no unity of opinion in the NSRS and that there are strong opposition forces that do not think like the member of the Presidency of BiH and SNSD leader Milorad Dodik.

"I hope that these progressive sides will become more and more prominent and that they will also act in terms of the law on immovable property, i.e., on the revitalization of what is being attempted to be imposed," Turković concluded.
