Brawl between Delije and Torcida near Tuzla: 23 injured, 93 detained

(Patria) - Members of the fan groups Delije and Torcida, the most ardent supporters of Red Star Belgrade and Hajduk Split, took part in a brawl that occurred last night near the Tuzla International Airport.

- On January 24, 2026, the Živinice Police Station reported at around 9:55 PM that a brawl involving several persons was taking place in front of the entrance to the Dubrave International Airport. Multiple police patrols, as well as rapid intervention teams from the Special Support Police Unit of the Tuzla Canton Police Administration, and teams from the Emergency Medical Services of the Živinice and Tuzla Health Centers, were dispatched to the scene. The report was confirmed, and a larger number of persons were found at the scene of the brawl, identified as fans of Red Star Belgrade from Serbia and fans of the Torcida fan group from Croatia - confirmed Adnana Sprečić, spokesperson for the Tuzla Canton Police Administration.

She emphasized that 93 persons, fans of the mentioned groups, were detained in the official premises of the Tuzla Canton Police Administration, and it was determined through undertaken actions that none of the participants in the brawl are from the area of Tuzla Canton.

- According to initial information, 23 persons were injured in the brawl, including one police officer. The Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Tuzla Canton has been informed about the incident, and an investigation is underway. All further measures and actions will be taken according to the instructions of the duty prosecutor - stated Sprečić.
