Trump in address to the nation: If Iran does not agree to peace, future attacks will be stronger

(Patria) - US President Donald Trump in his address to the nation confirmed that US forces carried out attacks on three Iranian nuclear facilities, stating that the goal was the destruction of the Iranian uranium enrichment facility.

He added that the attacks were a "spectacular military success" and that the key uranium enrichment facilities were "completely and entirely destroyed."

US President Donald Trump said that Iran "must now agree to peace," which he had already stated in a post on his Truth Social network.

"Iran, the bully of the Middle East, must now agree to peace. If they do not, future attacks will be far stronger and much easier to carry out," Trump said in his address to the public.

He added: "Either there will be peace, or Iran will suffer a tragedy far greater than the one we have witnessed over the past eight days. Remember, there are many more targets remaining."

The US President said that the United States and Israel worked as a team. He thanked the Israeli military for, as he said, a "great job," and extended special praise to the American pilots and soldiers who participated in the attack on Iranian nuclear facilities.

"I want to thank the Israeli military for the wonderful job they have done, and more importantly, I want to congratulate the great American patriots who operated those magnificent machines tonight, as well as the entire US military on an operation the likes of which the world has not seen in many, many decades," Trump said in his address to the nation on Saturday evening.

He added that no army in the world could have carried out what the US did that evening, and praised the top US command.

"I also want to congratulate the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Dan 'Razin' Caine, a spectacular commander, and all the brilliant military minds involved in this attack."
