(Patria) - US President Donald Trump said that resolving the Ukrainian crisis could be a tougher task than resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, TASS reported.
"I thought this would be easy to solve, but it turned out to be maybe harder than the Middle East. We'll see what happens with the Middle East," he said at a meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, who was visiting him.
"You know, things are happening regarding Russia, Ukraine," he said, without giving details.
He called the conflict in Ukraine a "crazy thing," but boasted that he "gets along very well with (Russian President Vladimir) Putin."
Despite that, he said he was "disappointed in him."
