(Patria) - The White House of President Donald Trump has ordered the US military to lift the ban on the delivery of 907-kilogram bombs to Israel imposed by the Biden administration.
This was confirmed yesterday by a White House source to Reuters, who stated that this move was expected.
Joe Biden suspended the delivery of these bombs due to concerns that they could have an impact in Israel's war with Hamas in Gaza. A ceasefire was recently agreed to stop the war.
A particular concern of the Biden administration was the use of such large bombs in the city of Rafah, where more than a million Palestinians from the Gaza Strip had taken shelter.
