Trojka continues with 'compromise': Public Administration Reform Office in BiH also handed over to HDZ!

(Patria) - The 'trojka' policy of compromise continues, which implies the complete degradation and annulment of Bosniaks and their participation in power.

Thus, Darko Kasap was appointed coordinator of the Public Administration Reform Office in BiH, and Miloš Golijanin as deputy and Samir Sabljica as acting deputy.

With the 'trojka' coming to power at the state level, their representatives boasted loudly that after the SDA/DF government, the parity in the leadership of state institutions 12-12-12 was barely established, and that the 'trojka' has now corrected the injustice, and in addition to the previous 11 institutions, has gained leadership of the Coordinator's Office for Public Administration Reform in BiH.

After a year in power, Forto's amendment of the BHANSA Law, so that Čović's son-in-law could manage this Agency for life, amending the Law on Civil Service in BiH so that foreign spies, uneducated - without diplomas could sit in the offices of state ministers and directors, now at the session of the Council of Ministers of BiH held on February 1st, the 'trojka' is giving the HDZ leadership of the Coordinator's Office for Public Administration Reform in BiH.

We remind you that the BiH Constitution stipulates that the composition of the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including leadership positions, should reflect the structure/number of the population in accordance with the census.

The trojka, which is full of legality and European values, instead of at least taking over the leadership of the institutions they received in political negotiations, or initiating an appeal to the Constitutional Court of BiH and ensuring constitutionally prescribed participation in all structures of the state system, continues to sell off the country.

It is no longer even important whether it is about incompetence, ignorance, insufficient staff, private deals of ministers, the opposition's warning about treason and selling off the country is resonating louder and louder.

Incidentally, the Coordinator's Office for Public Administration Reform in BiH was established by the Decision of the Council of Ministers in October 2004, following the recommendation of the Feasibility Study for BiH.

The establishment of the Office was a response to the citizens' needs for more efficient and responsible public administration at all levels of government, capable of taking on obligations in the process of BiH's European integration.

The Office is the driving force of public administration reform in BiH, and its most important role is to coordinate reform activities between the Council of Ministers, the entities and the Government of Brčko District, working closely with the Delegation of the European Commission in BiH.
