Tonight, members of the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Interior handed over to the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office three persons suspected of helping Sanjin Sefić escape. They will be held at the Prosecutor's Office for 24 hours, writes the Patria news agency.
Suspected of committing the criminal offense of aiding the perpetrator after the commission of a criminal act, Dino Alić (1987), Saud Nišić (1988), and Sara Sefić (1994) were arrested.
On October 10, Sanjin Sefić, driving at a speed of over 100 kilometers per hour at a pedestrian crossing near the National Museum, killed two girls, Selma Agić and Edita Malkoč. After that, he fled Bosnia and Herzegovina and is currently in extradition custody in Novi Sad. Among those suspected of helping him escape is his 22-year-old sister.
