Trnovo: Three masked individuals abducted a young man and robbed him, police searching for perpetrators

On Wednesday at around 20:35, L.A., born in 1984 in Trnovo, residing in Sarajevo, reported to the official premises of the IV Police Station that on the same day at around 18:05, on Mratnjevače Street, Ilidža municipality, while driving his passenger motor vehicle of the brand "VW Golf 2", he was stopped by three unknown persons, Patria reports.

The masked unknown persons introduced themselves as "police" and, under threat of firearms and using physical force, unlawfully deprived the young man of his liberty and drove him in a blue passenger motor vehicle of the brand "Mercedes" to the location "Mala Grkarica", Trnovo municipality.

According to L.A.'s statement, the unknown persons stole a certain amount of money, a mobile phone, and personal documents from him, and then left in an unknown direction. Upon inspection of the mentioned location, an abandoned blue vehicle of the brand "Mercedes" was found, which will be transported to the premises of the MUP for necessary checks and expert examinations.

The prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo was informed, and police officers are working on clarifying and documenting the mentioned criminal offense, identifying and finding the perpetrators.
