Three women died in landslides and floods that hit northern Italy, local media reported, according to the BiH news agency Patria.
In a house near Trieste, the body of one woman was found in the ruins of a house damaged by floods. Local media state that it is a 73-year-old widow.
In Trieste, firefighters had about 100 interventions due to flooded facilities since last night. Two women, aged 65 and 69, died when their vehicle was swept away by a river flood in the province of Grosseto. Firefighters found their bodies about a kilometer away last night.
