Three verdicts in the Zadruga 2 case: Over 28,000 KM paid into the FBiH Budget

SARAJevo, (Patria) - After accepting the Plea Agreement, the Municipal Court in Sarajevo found Jusuf Ćosić, director of the company “Ekodimnjačar” from Sarajevo, and Husein Hadžimejlić and Zineta Bajraktarević, responsible persons of the Association for the Study of Sufism and Mysticism, guilty of the criminal offense of abuse of position or authority.

Ćosić and Hadžimejlić were sentenced to eight months in prison, which will not be executed if the defendants do not commit a new criminal offense within two years from the date the verdict becomes final, while Zineta Bajraktarević was sentenced to six months probation.

In accordance with the concluded agreement and the court verdict, the company “Ekodimnjačar” from Sarajevo paid an illegal benefit of 13 thousand and 809 convertible marks into the federal budget, while the Association for the Study of Sufism and Mysticism paid 14 thousand and 812 convertible marks into the budget.

Otherwise, the defendants are accused of falsely showing in official accounting records the engagement of students through the Witram Agency to perform certain tasks for their own needs, whereby they paid money from the accounts of the Association and the company “Ekodimnjačar” for their alleged payment, which in reality was returned to them in cash reduced by the agency fee of Witram Agency.
