The Special Prosecutor's Office of the Republika Srpska has filed an indictment against Miljan Ratković, Daka Pikula and Radovan Andrić for the murder of a young kickboxer from Trebinje, Marko Đerić, reports the news agency Patria.
In addition to the criminal offense of aggravated murder, Ratković and Andrić are also charged with the criminal offense of illegal production and trafficking of weapons or explosive substances. The indictment charges the suspects with killing Đerić in Trebinje in May this year, as accomplices, out of reckless revenge.
Detention for the suspects has been extended until the conclusion of the main trial, RTRS reported.
