At least eleven migrants, including two children and four babies, drowned today near the Greek island of Samos in the Aegean Sea after the sinking of the vessel they were on, the Greek Coast Guard announced, reports the Patria News Agency.
The lifeless bodies of ten migrants were found in the cabin of the boat that was transporting them from Turkey, while the body of a young girl was found on the coast of Samos.
In several consecutive shipwrecks in recent days in the Aegean Sea, dozens of refugees have died, writes Index.
