(Patria) - An unprecedented tragedy occurred in Cetinje today. In the Medovina settlement near the Government House, 11 people were killed, and six were injured, including a member of the police, the Police Directorate confirmed to CG Public Service.
Cetinje resident Vučko Borilović (34) randomly shot and wounded several people with a firearm. Police killed Borilović, and one police officer was wounded in the shooting. There are children among the victims.
4 injured persons have been hospitalized in the Cetinje hospital, while two injured persons have been transported to the Clinical Center in Podgorica.
That part of the city is blocked, police presence has been increased, and a large number of Cetinje citizens have gathered.
We learn from eyewitnesses at the scene that the attacker was walking through the settlement and randomly shooting at citizens who happened to be there. There are multiple victims.
