Tragedy near Konjic: Minor drowned in Lake Jablanica

(Patria) - The Prenj Mountain Rescue Service (GSS) received a report last night that a minor drowned in Lake Jablanica, in the village of Radešine, town of Konjic.

As GSS Prenj announced on their Facebook profile, the investigation team, led by the cantonal prosecutor, requested the assistance of divers in the search for the body.

A diving team from GSS Prenj went to the drowning site and, after locating the possible location of the drowned person, found the body at a depth of about five meters on the second dive.

The body was recovered and handed over to the investigation team for further work. The body recovery operation was successfully completed without difficulties for the diving team, GSS Prenj announced.
