Torcida attacked police in Gabela, special forces retaliated with tear gas and stun grenades!

Torcida fans from Split attacked the police in Gabela in Herzegovina, at the match that was played today against GOŠK, reported a journalist from Dalmatinski portal, reports the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).

The fans attacked the police officers who were engaged in escorting them to the stadium. The hooligans outnumbered the police officers at the stadium, so at one point they cornered them in a fenced-off area, after which they showered them with stones.

The incident was brought under control only after the intervention of special police forces, who pacified the fans with tear gas and stun grenades.

For now, it is known that one fan was transported to the Čapljina Health Center. Several cars in front of the stadium were damaged.
