Serious accident near Srebrenik: Golf driver died, two minors injured

SARAJevo, (Patria) - One person died and three were injured in an accident that occurred around 8 AM on the main road M1.8 Tuzla - Brčko, on the Duboki potok - Srebrenik route in the village of Uroža.

Two passenger motor vehicles - a Golf and an Opel Astra, and one truck - an Actros, were involved in the accident.

The driver of the Golf, born in 1991, died at the scene. Her death was confirmed by the coroner from the Srebrenik Health Center.

Three other people were injured in this traffic accident, all passengers from the Golf, including two minor children and a woman born in 1969.

The injured received medical assistance at the University Clinical Center Tuzla, and there is currently no information on the severity of their injuries.

The other vehicles sustained material damage. The investigation was conducted by police officers from the Srebrenik Police Station/Department and supervised by a prosecutor from the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office, reports Radio Srebrenik.

Traffic was completely blocked during the investigation until 10:45 AM, after which it was diverted to one lane until 11:10 AM, when both lanes were reopened, and traffic is now flowing unimpeded on this route.
