DIFFICULT DAY IN Zenica and Tuzla: Two Men Committed Suicide

(Patria) - Two suicides were committed today in Zenica and Tuzla within a few hours of each other. In both cases, the victims were men.

This morning around 01:55 in Zenica, an elderly man, born in 1947, committed suicide by jumping from the fourth floor of a building on Derviša Imamovića street.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tuzla Canton issued a statement regarding the death of basketball player Asim Paščanović-Pars.

"Today, September 23, 2024, around 10:40 AM, the Kalesija Police Station received a report that in Tojšići, Kalesija municipality, A.P., born in 1974, committed suicide by hanging. Police officers from the Kalesija Police Administration responded to the report and confirmed the allegations. The death of A.P. was confirmed by a doctor from the Kalesija Health Center. The duty prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Tuzla Canton was informed about the incident, and upon their instructions, the body was handed over to the family," stated the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tuzla Canton.
