Two foreign nationals were killed last night in a serious traffic accident on the Niš-Belgrade highway, near Grocka, when a passenger car collided with a truck, reports the Patria News Agency.
As B92 was told at the Grocka Emergency Center, two adults were killed, while four children were injured, two of them seriously.
One child sustained head injuries and was in a coma, said the on-duty doctor at the Emergency Center. The injured children were treated at the Children's Hospital in Tiršova in Belgrade.
The Beta Agency was told that the accident occurred ten minutes after midnight when a passenger car collided with a truck.
Belgrade media reported that German citizens D. J. Zimmerman (59) and his wife S. Zimmerman (45) were killed when their Citroen car, for reasons yet undetermined, directly collided with a Mercedes truck driven by Saša V. (26).
