Serious accident near Kalesija: Car and bus collided, one person died

(Patria) - One person died in a collision between a car and a bus that occurred this afternoon on the M4 highway, in the village of Babajići, municipality of Kalesija.

The person who was in the passenger car lost their life, and their death was confirmed at the scene by a doctor from the Kalesija Health Center's Emergency Medical Service.

In this accident, which happened around 2:50 PM, another person from the car was injured and transported to UKC Tuzla.

The cantonal prosecutor has been informed of this unfortunate event and will conduct an investigation together with the investigation team of the Kalesija Police Department.

Traffic on the mentioned section of the highway is completely suspended and is being redirected to alternative routes.
