Telekom Slovenije buys "Telrad" from Bijeljina

After news was published yesterday that Telekom Slovenije wants to enter the BiH market more aggressively and become an alternative operator, the Patria News Agency learns that Telekom Slovenije wants to buy the company "Telrad" from Bijeljina.

The company "Telrad" is one of the telecommunications companies in BiH in the field of building access telecommunication networks, public fixed telephony, VoIP and IP telephony, cable television, and cable internet. The company was founded in 1990 as a private enterprise, later a limited liability company, and has been operating in BiH and beyond ever since. 

Also, as a source close to these companies told NAP, negotiations are well underway and the signing of the contract is expected by the end of next month.
