We call on political actors from Republika Srpska to join us in opening a fight against corruption as the fundamental problem of every policy in Republika Srpska, regardless of whether it concerns economic, security, social, national, cultural, educational, sports, or any other policy, stated the Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament and SDS Vice-President at a press conference in Istočno Sarajevo, reports the Patria News Agency.
-We believe that the SNSD leaders unnecessarily opening political fronts on completely ephemeral topics only serves to divert public attention from fundamental life issues and the necessity of fighting corruption in Republika Srpska and the entire country, stated Tadić.
He added that if the authorities in Republika Srpska, led by SNSD, want to seriously engage in the fight against crime and corruption, they should immediately put the Law on the Examination of Property Origin on the agenda, adopt it, and join the SDS's fight against corruption in Republika Srpska.
-Only then will we consider them credible partners for any kind of political discussion, and until they do so, they do not represent credible partners or interlocutors, because their motives, in our assessment and the assessment of the majority of the public, are non-political and exclusively related to protecting the positions of certain individuals who participated in corruption, Tadić emphasized.
