(Patria) - Efforts for peace must be stepped up, Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó said yesterday after rocket attacks on the Zakarpattia region in western Ukraine.
Szijjártó wrote on his Facebook profile that the governor of the Zakarpattia region said the rocket strikes caused no casualties, MTI reported.
"The events from early this morning show that peace efforts should be stepped up, because every day brings more destruction, every day carries the risk of escalation of the war," Szijjártó said.
