(Patria) – Russian President Vladimir Putin, US President Donald Trump, and Saudi King Salman discussed the conclusions of the OPEC meeting and confirmed that their goal is to stabilize the global oil market, the Kremlin confirmed.
The topic of their phone call was also the G20 video conference planned for Friday.
OPEC, Russia, and allied countries presented a plan on Thursday to introduce a one-fifth cut in oil production and exports.
It was also emphasized that the US and other producers are expected to join their efforts to prevent a drop in oil prices caused by the pandemic.
