(Patria) - All fifty Democratic Party chairs have backed Vice President Kamala Harris to be the party's new presidential candidate, according to sources familiar with the matter, Reuters reported late last night.
The chairs held a conference call on Sunday after President Joe Biden announced he was withdrawing as the party's candidate for the upcoming elections.
There was "full support" for Kamala Harris to top the ticket, one source said.
