Swiss Franc Loans: Three New Verdicts Against Hypo Bank

Three new verdicts were issued today in the Court in Mostar in the lawsuit filed by users of loans denominated in Swiss francs against Hypo Bank, reports the Patria News Agency.

All three loan agreements are declared void, and Hypo Bank is obliged by the same verdicts to refund the overpaid amount in convertible marks relative to the amount withdrawn on the day the loan was taken out in KM, with amounts ranging from 8,000 to 31,000 KM.

According to the same verdicts, the loan user is not obliged to repay the agreed interest on the loan agreement, and Hypo Bank is obliged to pay court costs.

The loan users in these lawsuits were represented by Mostar lawyer Vesna Pehar, it was announced from the Association of Users of Swiss Franc Loans BiH.
