SOLEMN OATH The MUP KS Police Administration is richer by 195 police officers

(Patria) - Cadets of the 41st generation who have successfully completed their training for the rank of "police officer" at the Police Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Federation of BiH solemnly took their oath in Sarajevo today.

With this act and the signing of contracts, 195 of them, of whom 16 are women, entered into employment with the Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton.

The Minister of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton, Admir Katica, told the new police officers that they are expected to act lawfully and impartially at all times, and to uncompromisingly respect and protect fundamental human rights.

"Only by acting in this way will you gain the trust of your fellow citizens, and your honorable police uniform respect," Katica emphasized.

The Chairman of the Cantonal Assembly, Elvedin Okerić, appealed to the police officers not to allow their families, friends, politicians, or businessmen to interfere in their work in their future service.

He emphasized that the police are expected to be professional, brave, and dedicated to their work, and principled in enforcing the law.

The police officers took their solemn oath in the presence of family members and numerous government officials.
