Suspicious Business: BWA Directors are Iraqis Monitored by Intelligence Services!

Bosnian Wand Airlines, a pompously announced airline that will provide air transport services to global destinations. A call for flight attendants was announced, who were trained by the best. Sounds fantastic, writes the Patria News Agency.  

However, let's return to the harsh Bosnian reality. It didn't take long for this company to announce that the first flight has been cancelled...

Who is behind this famous company, whose address is practically unknown? In the Register of Business Entities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bosnian Wand Airlines is registered as a limited liability company for air transport, tourism, and trade from Živinice, with the address Gornje Dubrave bb (International Airport Tuzla building) 75240 Živinice. However, there are no other details such as phone numbers, responsible persons, management, and the like. The headquarters have allegedly been moved to Sarajevo.

But, from reliable sources, we learn that an office at the Tuzla Airport does exist. Admir Karasalihović occasionally visits it.

Admir is the son of Rifet Karasalihović, the current director of the International Airport Tuzla.

- The elder Karasalihović founded Icar air company seven years ago, in which Russians allegedly invested. For unknown reasons, the company was shut down. In 2011, a new company, Sky Bosnia, was registered, which "fell apart" in the same year. Last year, Karasalihović registered a new company, Bosnian Wings. Before being appointed acting director of Tuzla Airport, Karasalihović rented an office for Bosnian Wings, which practically no longer exists, our source, well-informed about the situation at Tuzla Airport, told us.

When he was illegally appointed acting director, during the mandate of the expert Government of the Tuzla Canton, which was also proven in court, Bosnian Wings was bought by two investors in the summer of last year.

These are Iraqis Abdullrazzak Idham Mohsin Al – Ameri and Mohammed Tahsin Abdulkader Al Fakhri, who present themselves as investors, but, as our source says, they are under the surveillance of intelligence services.

- Abdullrazzak Idhami Mohsin Al Ameri is listed as the director of the mentioned companies, while the other performs other duties. They are there under suspicious circumstances. But the formal owner is Rifet Karasalihović, and his son is also involved with him, says our source.

The establishment of the company "Al Wand" d.o.o. Baghdad, Iraq, 2nd Street No. 9, Alwahda 906, Baghdad, Iraq, in the name of Abdullrezzak Al Ameria is also interesting.

Therefore, the company Bosnian Wand Airlines was registered under very suspicious circumstances. And there is no doubt that SIPA (Agency for the Protection of Persons and their Work within the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina) has work to do here.

The fact that Karasalihović is unofficially, as we learn, also linked to illegal arms trafficking to Congo and Iraq, gives special weight to the entire situation. In addition to the decision of the Municipal Court in Tuzla that he was illegally appointed and that his second temporary mandate was illegally extended, Karasalihović remains the acting director of the International Airport Tuzla.

The affair surrounding Tuzla Airport gained particular significance this summer, as Karasalihović, along with the road lobby and the Minister of Trade, Transport, and Tourism of the Tuzla Canton, Mustafa Isabegović, attempted to close the International Airport, thereby jeopardizing the arrangement with Wizz Air.
