TRIAL FOR CORRUPTION Trump furious over Netanyahu's trial: 'Witch hunt!'

(Patria) – Former US President Donald Trump took to the social network Truth Social, calling for an immediate halt to the court proceedings against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Trump called Netanyahu a "war hero" and said he does not deserve a "witch hunt" after, as he claims, he "saved Israel" in the fight against Iran.

– Bibi was an unprecedented warrior. We went through hell together, and he showed incredible love for Israel. The trial is politically motivated and must be stopped immediately – Trump stated.

Netanyahu is accused of corruption in three cases known as Cases 1000, 2000, and 4000, and the trial has been ongoing since 2020. He denies all charges and claims to be a victim of political persecution.
