Two cars collide near Prijedor, one man killed, another injured

(Patria) - One man was killed and another injured in a serious traffic accident that occurred in the town of Omarska near Prijedor.

The accident happened when two cars collided.

According to eyewitnesses for ATV, one of the cars was overtaking on a solid line when it crashed into a vehicle that was turning.

In the accident, a man from Prijedor with initials E.V., who was driving one of the vehicles, was killed, while his passenger D.R., also from Prijedor, was injured.

D.R. was taken to the Prijedor hospital, but for now there is no information on the extent of his injuries.

The other vehicle, ATV reports, was driven by M.P. from Prijedor, who escaped without injuries.

Traffic on this part of the road is blocked and is being diverted to alternative routes.
