(Patria) - One person was injured in a traffic accident that occurred in the early evening hours on the main road M-17, between Mostar and Čapljina, in the village of Žitomislić.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton confirmed for Hercegovina.info that two cars were involved in the collision.
One person sustained serious bodily injuries.
Due to this accident, traffic was temporarily suspended on a section of the M-17 road.
After the injured person received first aid, traffic was restored to alternating passage of vehicles on one lane.
An investigation was carried out at the scene by officers of the Mostar Police Department.
