Collision of two cars and a motorcycle in Bistrik, motorcyclist seriously injured

(Patria) - A traffic accident involving a motorcycle and two cars occurred in the Sarajevo neighborhood of Bistrik in the evening hours.

The Ministry of Interior of the Sarajevo Canton confirmed that the accident happened at 6:50 PM, on Put mladih muslimana street, municipality of Stari Grad.

The motorcyclist, identified by initials A.Dž. (born 1983), was transported to the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo. Doctors determined that he sustained a serious bodily injury consisting of a fracture of the left knee.

The drivers of the motor vehicles were not injured. Police officers are conducting an investigation, and traffic on this section is proceeding with difficulty until its conclusion.
