Court issues interim measure ruling: Čović illegally took over Elektroprivreda HZHB

The Municipal Court in Sarajevo issued today an interim measure ruling prohibiting the implementation of the decision by the Assembly of Elektroprivreda HZ HB from June 29 regarding the dismissal of the president and members of the Supervisory Board of this power utility, reports the news agency Patria.

Furthermore, the ruling prohibits the Securities Commission of the Federation from registering the new Supervisory Board of Elektroprivreda.

The government of SDA-HDZ BiH recently gave consent to the Supervisory Board of Elektroprivreda HZHB to dismiss director Nikola Krešić and appoint Marinko Gilja as acting director. 

- This information only confirms what the Democratic Front has been insisting on. Everything must be done according to the law - emphasized Reuf Bajrović, former Minister of Energy, Mining and Industry, adding:

- But, in order for Prime Minister Fadil Novalić to divert attention from this court ruling, which proves they are acting illegally, he released false information through his journalist namesake that I, using budget funds, bought myself a new iPhone, which cost 1,600 KM.

That phone was purchased for the Ministry, not for Reuf Bajrović. Before, during my term, and even now, I have used and will continue to use my own number and my personal device - says Bajrović.
