Court of BiH: Verdict in the Mutap et al. case to be broadcast via YouTube

(Patria) - The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will tomorrow, 24.11.2022, deliver a first-instance verdict in the case of Zijad Mutap et al. (S1 2 K 040832 21 K). The verdict is scheduled for 9:00 AM in courtroom 6.

The defendants Zijad Mutap, Hasan Dupovac, Alisa Ramić, Josip Barić and Muamer Ožegović are, among other things, charged with acting as an organized criminal group with the aim of concealing evidence regarding how Dženan Memić sustained life-threatening serious bodily injuries on 8.2.2016, as a result of which he died. By concealing evidence and the perpetrator, fabricating evidence, and hiding facts known to them, they undertook actions aimed at concealing the actual manner in which Dženan Memić sustained life-threatening serious bodily injuries.
