The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will today deliver the verdict to the Minister of Defense of BiH Marina Pendeš, whom the Prosecution accuses of negligence in office and forgery of an official document during her time as Deputy Minister of Defense of BiH. The verdict delivery is scheduled for 12:00 PM.
The Prosecution accuses Minister Pendeš of enabling her cabinet advisor, Ivo Miro Jović, to be paid salaries and benefits, even though he did not regularly come to work, thus damaging the state budget by 17,000 KM, writes Patria.
