Subašić for NAP: The Prosecutor's Office and Court of BiH are the greatest deniers of genocide!

(Patria) - "The Court and Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina are the greatest deniers of the genocide in Srebrenica," says Munira Subašić, president of the Association „Mothers of the Srebrenica and Žepa Enclaves,“ commenting on the scheduled trials on today's date, July 11.

„It is shameful that today, on the day of the funeral and burial of genocide victims, those who defended the state from aggression are being tried. Shame on them,“ Subašić emphasizes for NAP.

Today, the continuation of the trial in the Čemerno case has been announced, in which 12 people, members of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, are charged with a joint criminal enterprise.

In the aforementioned Čemerno case, prosecutor Vladimir Simović openly stated that the National Assembly of Republika Srpska made a decision to indict Bosniaks from Ilijaš, Breza, and Kakanj!?

When the legal teams in this case reacted by seeking clarification as to why no indictment was raised against the commanders and perpetrators of the shelling and killing of hundreds of civilians from Čemerno, Simović casually replied that the investigation is ongoing.

„We wonder who has the main role in the game to free the perpetrators of genocide and to punish the defenders of our country. I openly ask Tadićka (Gordana Tadić, Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, editor's note) when she will come to Potočari and bring prosecutors and judges to visit the Memorial Center. They schedule trials of Army members on July 11. Shame,“ added Subašić.

She adds that they are outraged by prosecutors and judges who completed their education later in life and now dispense justice.

"Certain verdicts insult the victims. We are traveling to The Hague on July 18 and will inform the competent authorities of the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals (MICT) about all of this again," added Subašić, clearly emphasizing that the “Mothers of Srebrenica” will not support such work of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.
